We begin the trip at our Pakse office, from here we drive for around 50 Minutes to the starting point of our trip at a small ethnic village. Upon arrival in the village we take some time to explore the village before heading off trekking through the Bolaven Plateau which is home to many tea and coffee plantations. We continue onwards until arriving at the amazing rock formations of Xing Sai Limestones, here we spend some time before continuing onwards to the towering Champi waterfall where we enjoy our picnic lunch.

For 1 Day Experience: After picnic lunch at Champi waterfall, we continue to trek to Tad Fan waterfall and Tad Yeung waterfall. We have short time at both waterfalls before we trek to our ending point at Ban Lak 40 where we get pick up for return to Pakse.

*During the wet season from June to October, the tour will not pass Houay Tad Fane (top of this waterfall) because of danger of strong currents. We will walk pass another Bolaven Plateau coffee farm through a timber forest, and then to Tad Yeaung Waterfall (swimming is allowed). We stop for some fun and lunch at the base of the Tad Yeaung Waterfall. After lunch we continue trekking around the vicinity of the waterfall. Another four hours walk takes us to Ban Km 40 to spend at a night at a village home-stay.

*During the dry season from November to May, it is a great time to trek to the Tad Fane waterfall over the top to see its beauty and charm. The trek leads through thick and dense forest where we can see animals such as Nok Hua Quan and other kinds of bird. If we are lucky, monkeys will appear. With some effort to spot them, many types of orchids canl be seen. We have lunch in the forest. Stroll along to Tad Yeaung Waterfall; enjoy a dip in the waterfall pool before we continue trekking to the village at Ban Km 38 to spend the night. The residents in this village are Lowland Lao and Khmu. Their main profession is growing coffee and other kinds of farming.
